The intended Procurement will be a Firm Fixed Fee Order for a Base Year plus Four Option Years. WORK DESCRIPTION: The intended procurement seeks to purchase a maintenance agreement for the OEM Philips Intellispace Cardiovascular System (ISCV). Services under the maintenance agreement will store, process, and transmit DICOM images and reports with various imaging modalities and the electronic medical record. All software and hardware maintenance and support for the ISCV system, services will also include emergency service, factory authorized updates/modifications, technical support, and application support described in the Scope of Work. Technology, knowledge, technical expertise, and servicing capabilities for the ISCV is proprietary to Philips North America.
