The Edith Nourse Rogers Memorial Veterans Hospital (Bedford VAMC), located at 200 Springs Road in Bedford, MA, has a requirement for a Firm Fixed Price contract for Project Number 518-22-111 Elevator Replacement Phase 3 Construction. The project consists of completely preparing site for building operations including replacement of elevator components and machinery to bring elevators up to modern code compliance. The contractor shall furnish all labor and materials and perform work for one traction passenger elevator each in Buildings 6, 7, and 62 for a total of three (3) traction elevators, hydraulic elevator each in Buildings 9, 10, and 62 for a total of three (3) hydraulic elevators as required by the scope of work, drawings and specifications. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238290 and the size standard is $22 Million.
