The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: WILLIAMS BUILDING COMPANY, INC. 259 NORTH ST STE 2A HYANNIS, MA 02601 ueiSAM: R6EMCVYM26D3 The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center intends to award a Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source Construction Contract for project MICU Part II - Additional Power & Data located at the VISN 01 VHA West Roxbury Healthcare System, 523 VA Boston Medical Center, West Roxbury, MA; NCO 1. This project primary purpose is to install power outlets and quad data drops along with other miscellaneous items noted below in detail.

Work to be performed at VAMC West Roxbury in accordance with the Statement of Work, Specifications, Drawings, Federal, State, and Local Codes. Utilize drawing and specifications of project 523A4-12-201 Ward Renovation Patient Privacy as all work under this scope is within this area and to remain consistent with existing conditions and work completed under separate contract. The authority for this action is VAAR 819.7008 Sole source awards to verified service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses.

The intent is to procure the products on a sole source basis. No solicitation will be posted to Contract Opportunities. The NAICS 236220. The size standard is $45.0 Million. The PSC Z1DZ.
