Grand Avenue, El Segundo CA 90245 The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 950 Campbell Avenue, West Haven CT 06516 has a requirement for the Mini Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy (mini-PCNL) Instruments. These instruments are proprietary to Karl Storz Endoscopy-America, Inc. The authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. 1901.
