**Scope:** The 1 lead PET sharp containers will provide shielding protection to the Nuclear Medicine & PET/CT Technologists from the storage of higher energy radioactive sources. The 1 Lead PET sharps container is required to secure and shield radioactive waste to be compliant with regulatory bodies. At this time there are no other manufactured products that exist that can conform to the abilities, size, continuity, and performance of the Lead PET sharp containers.
