Abbot Rapid Diagnostic Informatics, Inc. is the only contractor that can provide the RALS middleware system and there is only one manufacturer who is the sole source distributor, this acquisition will not be competed. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. Interested parties may identify their interests and capabilities by responding to this requirement by the due date listed on this notice.
