Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with: International Point of Care Incorporated 9-135 THE WEST MALL, UNIT #9, TORONTO, ON M9C 1C2 CAN HGXLKXHQX4W6 This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award the purchase of a GM9 Analox Glucose Analyzer located at the VAMC West Haven, CT.

Analox Technologies North America, a Division of International Point of Care, Inc. (IPOC) is the Exclusive/Sole source North American distributor for the Analox GM9 Analox Glucose Analyzer. The contractor will provide the required parts and labor. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov. The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
