Page 3 of 3 Page 1 of The West Haven VAMC intends to award on a sole source basis pursuant to FAR 13. This requirement will include the improvement to VA Connecticut s web-based Web-GIS system. The pre-existing platform has become obsolete. This scope includes the migration and ongoing site maintenance and hosting services, and allowance for updating information from as-built drawings of completed construction projects at the West Haven VA Medical Center.

Page 1 of 2 Page 1 of Salient Characteristics Task 1: WebGIS Migration to ArcGIS Online Platform Migrate the WebGIS information to an ESRI ArcGIS online platform. This includes keeping the site up and stable with similar capabilities to the previous system. Woodard and Curran shall receive feedback from VA staff for improvements.

**Task 2:** Ongoing Site Maintenance and Hosting Keep the site up and functioning properly. Technical support shall be provided during regular business hours. Hosting costs are included for 2 advanced users and 8 viewer accounts.

**Task 3:** Data Updates Incorporate changes to utility data as provided by VA at the completion of capital projects or when additional information is collected to keep the information as current as possible. This service shall be provided on a time and materials basis. This Special Notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than July 01, 2024, Responses should be sent to Nathan.Langone@va.gov.

Information received will be for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The determination to conduct a competitive procurement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer.
