This includes keeping the site up and stable with similar capabilities to the previous system. Woodard and Curran shall receive feedback from VA staff for improvements. Task 2: Ongoing Site Maintenance and Hosting Keep the site up and functioning properly. Technical support shall be provided during regular business hours. Hosting costs are included for 2 advanced users and 8 viewer accounts. Task 3: Data Updates Incorporate changes to utility data as provided by VA at the completion of capital projects or when additional information is collected to keep the information as current as possible. This service shall be provided on a time and materials basis. This Special Notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Parties may identify their interest, accompanied by supporting literature, to the Contracting Officer no later than July 01, 2024, Responses should be sent to Nathan.Langone@va.gov.
