The triple quad mass spectrometer is widely used for research because it provides higher selectivity, accuracy, and reproducibility, along with better limits of detection and quantification, The enhanced product ion scan will give us greater confidence in our data. The SCIEX 7500 System enables new levels of quantification across a large suite of sample types and workflows. The upgrade to the QTRAP7500 turns on functionality that has already existed in the system we purchased last year; the QTRAP is an additional mass analyzer to enhance our research efforts.
