## Description

Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:  BD Biosciences 2350 Qume Drive San Jose, CA 95131-1807 UEI: MM5ZHL8SRFY5  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source FACSAria III Cell Sorter, FACSCanto II Flow Cytometer from BD Biosciences for the VAMC White River Junction.

The contractor will provide the required personnel and equipment to cover the needs of this work. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov.  The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The NAICS 811210. The size standard is $34 Million.
