## Description

Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:  DARTMOUTH COLLEGE 7 LEBANON ST HANOVER, NH 03755 UEI: EB8ASJBCFER9  This is not a solicitation.

The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source program evaluation support for select projects in VRHRC-WRJ annual business plan from Dartmouth College for the VAMC White River Junction. The contractor will provide the required personnel and equipment to cover the needs of this work.

Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov.  The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The NAICS 611310. The size standard is $30,000,000.
