## Description

The VA Boston Healthcare System located in Brockton, MA has a requirement for Preventative Maintenace for Emergency Generators to furnish all labor, parts, tools and equipment for all generators located on site, for a base year and four (one) year options (if exercised). This contract is necessary to comply with Joint Commision Standards, VHA Directives and NFPA 110. Network Contracting Officer (NCO 1) intends to enter into a Sole Soure procurement, pursuant to the authority of FAR 6.302-1 with Southworth-Milton, Inc.
