**INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE:** Biofire Torch Extended Warranty Service and Support to Biomerieux Inc. This is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation is available. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NCO1 intends to award a One-Time, Firm Fixed Price, Sole Source Service Contract for Extended Warranty Service and Support to the Large Business (LB)

**OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer), Biomerieux Inc., UEI:** HCNVCMEG9NL6, located at 515 S. Colorow Dr, Salt Lake City Utah 84108-1248. The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center located at 950 Campbell Ave, West Haven CT 06516-2770 has a requirement for a Biofire Torch Extended Warranty Service and Support agreement. The Biofire Service, Support and Maintenance is proprietary to Biomerieux Inc. and is the only authorized vendor able to perform this service.
