## Description

The Boston VA Healthcare System has a requirement for Medical Gas Testing and Inspections. The vendor shall perform the annual medical gas inspections per NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities - prior to use of any medical gas piping system for patient care, the facility shall ensure that all tests required have been successfully conducted and permanent records of the testing is maintained in the facility required for Joint Commission.

Amendment 0001 - Provide Inspection Reports for each facility.
