## Description

Pre-solicitation Notice of Intent to Sole Source Pre-Solicitation Notice of intent to award a sole source contract. This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole source contract with:  Willing Hands Enterprises 198 CHURCH ST NORWICH, VT 05055-94 UEI: RNMYYDZ8X4F9  This is not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to sole source Community Shared Agriculture shares from Willing Hands Enterprises for the VAMC White River Junction.

The contractor will provide the required shares and delivery of shares. Since the intent is to procure this on a sole source basis, no solicitation will be posted to Contracting Opportunities SAM.gov.  The authority for this action is FAR 6.302.1-1 Only One Responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.  The NAICS 111219. The size standard is $3.5M.
