The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 01, is issuing this Notice of Intent (NOI) to inform industry contractors of the Government s intent to execute a Sole Source Purchase Order under the authority FAR 6.302-1 -- Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(1). This notice satisfies the posting requirements at FAR Part 5.101. The intended Contractor is Cox Subscriptions, 201 Village Road, Shallotte, NC 28470-4441 Place of Performance is the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Integrated Service Network 1, VA New England Healthcare System (VISN 1). VISN 1 requires the following publications: Mosby Medical Surgical Nursing course; ExpertPath / ImmunoQuery resource package; Behaviour Research and Therapy digital journal subscription; and Cognitive and Behavioral Practice digital journal subscription. Required Delivery: 60 days ARO The vendor will provide Department of Veterans Affairs VA Medical Center VISN 1 sites with access to online, web-based product.
