## Description

Amendment 0001 - Extend Quote Date, Inspection Reports and Industry Responses The Boston VA Healthcare System is seeking a vendor to perform the Annual Medical Gas Inspection per NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities-prior to use of any medical gas piping system for patient care. The facility shall ensure that all tests required have been successfully conducted and permanent recores of the testing is maintained in the facility required for Joint Commission. See section 6 of the PWS for Contractor Qualifications.
