UEI: HKDZAC3MTG39 300 Knickerbocker Rd, Suite 230 Cresskill, NJ 07626 The Brainsway Deep TMS System is proprietary to Brainsway USA Inc. and is the only authorized installer for the Deep TMS System. Only Brainsway USA Inc. is authorized to distribute the Deep TMS System and to perform the system installation. Only Brainsway USA Inc. can provide Annual PM & Servicing. This implementation requires trained Brainsway personnel. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
