Mott is the OEM for the Optima 2011 items for the Mobile Casework furniture for Lab Renovation for the Togus, ME campus in which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority 13 CFR 121.406. Only One Responsible Source available under NAICS 337214, FSC 6530 and size standard of 1100. The proposed contractor will continue to provide the existing mobile casework renovation project with the Togus VA. The 1st half of the configuration and renovation was completed by MOTT Manufacture and is expected to be finished by the current company. All parts are compatible with the existing casework design at the Togus VA. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool being used to determine the availability of other qualified sources that can meet the requirements identified above and inherent with the referenced product. The Government is not obligated to and shall not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice of intent. All responses received within 5 days of the posting of this notice will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government to require these specific services for VA Togus Healthcare Systems, procurements based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purposes of determining whether other qualified providers are available. Submit any responses within 5 days of the posting of the notice of intent via email to: kathryn.avent-ortega@va.gov THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS.
