STATEMENT OF ACTIONS, IF ANY, THE AGENCY MAY TAKE TO REMOVE OR OVERCOME ANY BARRIERS TO COMPETITION BEFORE ANY SUBSEQUENT ACQUISITION.
\nThere are no systemic barriers to competition. If the agency has a continuing need for space upon lease expiration, VA will follow all authorities, regulations and policies applicable to lease acquisition. Should there be remaining useful life in the Government’s tenant improvements, the Government will consider the cost of moving from the existing location, and the cost to build out new space when deciding whether to undergo a competitive action.
\nAdditionally, objective scrutiny will be given to the customer agency’s mission and security requirements, (if applicable), to eliminate unnecessary agency space requirements that may be deemed unduly restrictive.
","origin":"detail"},"contacts":[{"name":"Tammy Buckwalter","role":"primary","email":"tammy.buckwalter@va.gov","phone":"30426308117613"}],"place_of_performance":{"zip":"08053","city":{"code":"44100","name":"Marlton"},"state":{"code":"NJ","name":"New Jersey"},"country":{"code":"USA","name":"UNITED STATES"}},"office_address":{"zip":"21090","city":"LINTHICUM","state":"MD","country":"USA"},"naics_codes":["531120"],"award":{"date":"2026-09-23","amount":"10251263.84","number":"36C24526L0015","awardee":{"raw":"3000 LINCOLN LLC New Castle DE 19720 USA","uei":"MFMMTMFDQ537","cage":"73Z00","name":"3000 LINCOLN LLC","location":{"zip":"19720","city":{"name":"New Castle"},"state":{"code":"DE","name":"Delaware"},"country":{"code":"USA","name":"UNITED STATES"}}}},"attachments":[],"awards":[],"related":[{"key":"36C24526Q0848","latest_notice_id":"4411493635174b128b170d23f48be103","title":"Snow and Ice Removal Management Services","solicitation_number":"36C24526Q0848","notice_type":"r","first_type":"r","first_posted":"2026-09-21","last_posted":"2026-09-22","notices":2,"due_at":"2026-09-28T07:00:00Z","due_date":"2026-09-28","closes_at":"2026-09-28T07:00:00Z","awardable":true,"open":true,"removed":false,"dept_key":"d-036","dept_name":"VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF","sub_key":"s-3600","sub_name":"VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF","office_key":"o-36C245","office_name":"245-NETWORK CONTRACT OFFICE 5 (36C245)","naics":"561730","psc":"S218","set_aside":"SBA","state":"WV","county":"54081","county_name":"Raleigh County","city":"5405332","city_name":"Beckley","country":"USA","winner":null,"winner_key":null,"amount":null,"linked_awards":0,"cancelled":false,"archived":false,"removed_at":null,"updated_at":"2026-09-24T03:25:58.922164Z"},{"key":"36C24526Q0853","latest_notice_id":"442fbf128c294f619df7d18ecae9d907","title":"Removal of Abandoned Telecommunications Equipment","solicitation_number":"36C24526Q0853","notice_type":"r","first_type":"r","first_posted":"2026-09-22","last_posted":"2026-09-22","notices":1,"due_at":"2026-09-28T15:00:00Z","due_date":"2026-09-28","closes_at":"2026-09-28T15:00:00Z","awardable":true,"open":true,"removed":false,"dept_key":"d-036","dept_name":"VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF","sub_key":"s-3600","sub_name":"VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF","office_key":"o-36C245","office_name":"245-NETWORK CONTRACT OFFICE 5 (36C245)","naics":"238210","psc":"Z1AA","set_aside":null,"state":"DC","county":"11001","county_name":"District of Columbia","city":"1150000","city_name":"Washington","country":"USA","winner":null,"winner_key":null,"amount":null,"linked_awards":0,"cancelled":false,"archived":false,"removed_at":null,"updated_at":"2026-09-24T03:25:58.922164Z"},{"key":"36C24526Q0833","latest_notice_id":"44ba50b4e0a742f1ac87b1a9f89458e7","title":"S209--Huntington WV VA Medical Center Laundry Contingency Services","solicitation_number":"36C24526Q0833","notice_type":"o","first_type":"p","first_posted":"2026-09-18","last_posted":"2026-09-23","notices":3,"due_at":"2026-09-28T17:00:00Z","due_date":"2026-09-28","closes_at":"2026-09-28T17:00:00Z","awardable":true,"open":true,"removed":false,"dept_key":"d-036","dept_name":"VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF","sub_key":"s-3600","sub_name":"VETERANS AFFAIRS, DEPARTMENT OF","office_key":"o-36C245","office_name":"245-NETWORK CONTRACT OFFICE 5 (36C245)","naics":"812320","psc":"S209","set_aside":"SBA","state":"WV","county":"54099","county_name":"Wayne County","city":"5439460","city_name":"Huntington","country":"USA","winner":null,"winner_key":null,"amount":null,"linked_awards":0,"cancelled":false,"archived":false,"removed_at":null,"updated_at":"2026-09-24T04:24:26.592861Z"},{"key":"36C24526R0107","latest_notice_id":"09336e81ee104689b8d263c23a0b7da7","title":"C1DA--VISN 5 -
