## Description

**PURPOSE 1.Removal of Clause SAC 18-01:** The clause titled SAC Service Level Agreement Fee and Submission of Quarterly Sales Reports (January 2019) is hereby removed from the solicitation. 2.The proposal due date has been extended to September 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM EDT. This extension provides additional time for prospective contractors to prepare and submit their proposals in accordance with the revised solicitation requirements.
