(NLETS). The statutory authority for this justification is 9 U.S.C. Chapter 9, and Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. Nlets meets that standard. The proposed action will be a commercial service Firm Fixed-Price contract. This notice is posted for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotes. Interested firms must identify their interest and provide documentation demonstrating their capability (include detailed technical information and other technical literature) demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements by emailing the Contract Officer Nicole Egan at Nicole.egan2@va.gov and the Contracting Specialist Alex Alexander at Alex.Alexander@va.gov no later than 2PM EST, 28 March 2025. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
