The government will utilize the FAR 13.5 Simplified Acquisition Procedures for this procurement. This solicitation is issued on an unrestricted basis, allowing for full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. **Scope:** The Contractor shall provide external expertise and conduct a peer review of selected episodes of care. The Contractor shall use the provided platform (Electronic Health Record) for the review of medical records and report templates.
