This proposed BPA is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 1901, Simplified Acquisition Procedures implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
