This work will support the Contract Professionals School (CPS) within the VA Acquisition Academy (VAAA) with enterprise training in both eCMS (legacy contract writing system) and iFAMS (future contract writing system). In addition, CPS requires training on the eCMS and iFAMS interface for contracts awarded in eCMS prior to financial migration to iFAMS. This proposed BPA is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-5 entitled, Authorized or required by statute - Sole source awards under the WOSB Program 15 U.S.C. 637(m) (see FAR 19.1506). This is a \"Notice of Intent\" and not a request for competitive proposals or quotes.
