Tasks/services urgently needed include EHRM Issue Management, EHRM Council Management, and Informatics Adoption Pathways. Informatics Adoption Pathways are an essential element of change management transitioning between EHR systems in a highly complex and dynamic healthcare delivery environment. Gaps in support for evolved operational needs will disrupt the current accelerated timeline for resuming EHR deployments currently underway.
