Delivery shall be made to any VA Medical Center (VAMC) and alternate delivery locations within any of the fifty (50) states, to include the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii upon issuance of a delivery order. A Non-Manufacture Rule (NMR) Individual Waiver was approved for this requirement by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA).
