## Description

This activity proposes to negotiate a sole source, brand name only, firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for the HOVERTECH™ International air-assisted patient lifting system and its associated equipment with D.T. Davis Enterprises, Ltd., 4482 Innovation Way, Allentown, PA, 18109-9404. The period of performance will be for one base year with four (4) 12-month option periods.
