The Design-Build Contractor shall furnish, design, coordinate, deliver, install, test, commission, and warrant 220 Temporary Supportive Housing Units. Contractor shall also include a Welcome Center and the associated site improvements, in areas designated by VA at West Los Angeles VAMC. The VA emphasizes performance-based results; therefore, the contractor may determine the means and methods of installation layout and alternatives or betterments to best utilize parcels as long as all code and performance standards are met. The Period of Performance is for a period of no more than 210 days after issuance of the NTP. The contract is estimated to be awarded on August 20, 2026. NOTIFICATION OF 100% SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE: This procurement shall be issued as an 100% SDVOSB set-aside under NAICS Code 236220, Small Business Size Standard of $45 million.
