The purpose of this Phase 1B project for Fort Logan National Cemetery is to address critical safety elements related to waterways (dams, spillways, drainageways and lakes) which are regulated by the State of Colorado. Fort Logan National Cemetery is located near Denver, Colorado. CFM anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract with an approximate project duration will be 730 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Per VAAR 836.204 Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the construction magnitude for this requirement is between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000. The NAICS is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the business size standard is $45.0 Million. This Pre-Solicitation notice is NOT a request for bids, offers or submittals of any kind. CFM plans to issue the solicitation on or about August 4, 2025, unless additional notice is given, or this notice is modified or cancelled, with the anticipated bid opening around September 17, 2025. NOTE: These dates are estimates and my change prior to solicitation release. The solicitation will be formatted as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with the FAR Part 14.4 and VAAR Part 814.1, Sealed Bidding. The Government intends on issuing the IFB solicitation via SAM.gov/Contract Opportunities. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. Only verified SDVOSB firms are eligible to submit an offer or receive an award of a VA contract that is set-aside for SDVOSB in accordance with VAAR Part 819.
