Project 691-903 Design Build Services - Replace Seismically Deficient Animal Research Buildings 47 and 103 Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center, 16111 Plummer Street, North Hills, California 91343 This extension of offer request is limited to the three firms selected in Phase I, Request for Qualification phase.
