**GENERAL:** This is a SPECIAL NOTICE only and does not constitute a pre-solicitation or a solicitation. Please respond to notice by Friday August 2, 2024, by 2:00pm EST to indicate you have an interest competing for support of the stated event/requirement. Please reference Notice ID 36C10D-SN-VBA-JPCMFHMC PROJECT SCOPE: The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has a requirement for meeting space rental and audiovisual support.

VA’s VBA – Pension and Fiduciary (P&F) is sponsoring the “Joint PMC Fiduciary HUB manager Conference and is looking for commercial conference space for August 19-22, 2024. Please review the attached document titled: SOW - VBA-PF FY24 Joint PMC Fiduciary Hub Manager Conference Support Requirement_SN, for details of required venue space and support services.

**PLACE OF PERFORMANCE:** Within 1/2-mile walking distance from 3393 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326. NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRIAL CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS)
