The online assessment is a managed service for Vocational Research Institute CareerScope at the Buffalo, NY Regional Benefit Office is being conducted as a restricted competition in accordance with 41 U.S.C. § 1901, as outlined in RFO FAR 12.102(a) Restricting Competition. This approach ensures compliance with federal procurement regulations while addressing the specific career and education options for veterans.

Vocational Research Institute has been identified as the sole publisher capable and sole source of online assessments for CareerScope.
