## Description

The Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) at the St. Louis Regional Benefits Office is soliciting to obtain License and Software Maintenance Support for its CCure 9000 System (Serial Number 9-17923, Software Version #2.90, Model Series – P) include remote installation for St. Louis Regional Office. The vendor will provide a Factory Certified PASS technician to conduct software maintenance and repairs. It is the intent of the government to issue a sole-source contract for required services.

This requirement is for procurement of a CCure 9000 access control software license and support services (Standard SSA option) which includes remote installation, updates, and support services (which would include no onsite labor). The attached request for quote (36C10D25Q0175_R1) defines the scope of the requirement, duration to include option periods.

Market research has determined that only one vendor in the area of the requiring office is authorized by the OEM to service the cCURE 9000 product in use and requiring service; Pass LLC., who is the anticipated awardee. Proof of OEM authorizattion to provide license issuance and maintenance for the customer (i.e., geographic area) must be provided to be considered for award. Vendors who fail to provide such documentation will not be considered for award.
