Due to the fact that more than 50% of the estimated acquisition cost is for Household Refrigerators, the entire requirement is thus covered by a Class Waiver IAW FAR 19.505(c)(5). Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
