Responses to this notice are not quotes and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. No funds have been authorized, appropriated, or received for this effort. The information provided may be used by VBA in developing its acquisition strategy and informing, refining, and finalizing the attached Performance Work Statement. Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary, restricted, or competition sensitive information contained in their response. Only electronic responses to this notice will be accepted. The Government will not pay for any time expended or information submitted in response to this notice. Eligibility in participating in a future acquisition does not depend upon a response to this notice. The Government is seeking the following information to be provided by vendors when responding to this notice: Brief (no more than one page) description of company experience in providing mortgage market data to Federal Agencies and providing support for data ingestion to a data lake (AWS). Brief (no more than one page) description of company experience delivering standard and customized analytical models specific to mortgage portfolios? Brief (no more than one page) description of company experience analyzing mortgage portfolio risk and communicating current and emerging risks to large organizations?
