## Description

Looking for a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Purpose The purpose of this Delivery Order is to purchase and install push button/automatic door openers for rooms 141, 132, 107, and 108 at the Sioux Falls VA Regional Office, 2501 W 22nd St, Building 38, Sioux Falls, SD 57105. The purchase and installation of the push button/automatic door openers will complete a Reasonable Accommodation request for an employee. Scope of Work The service can be completed during normal business hours (8:00am-4:30pm). Services and supplies required are:

4 – Heavy Duty Swing Door Operator (Furnished & Installed) Doors 141, 132, 107 & 108 Dark Bronze Adonized Finish Header ADA Compliant Pull Arms Standard Rocker Switches Electric Door Relays 1 year warranty on parts and labor 8 – Remote Control Push Plates Connect the door operator’s/push buttons to PIV card readers Power provided by Electrician Prefer Stanley remote control push plates and Stanley Magic Force Heavy Duty Swing Door operators
