The 320K was the black and white count for the 5 color and the 8 black and white. For just the 5 color machines, looking at 75K color and 55K in black and white. These are based on annual volume. The SOW has a bullet point on pg 9 that states : Smartcard (HSPD-12 PIV) authentication capabilities. Can the VA clarify if the devices just need to be capable of supporting this feature or if this feature needs to be implemented upon successful award and implementation of the new fleet? Can this be changed to upon date of acceptance of delivery and installation? Yes. Can the VA provide meter reads for both black and white and color off of the current devices? See answer to question #2 Can the VA clarify if the devices need to have HSPD PIV card readers and software functionality installed upon delivery or do the devices just need to be capable of supporting it?
