## Description

**PRE-SOLICITATION:** The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Benefits Administration, Veteran Readiness and Employment Division (VR&E), Buffalo, NY has a one-time requirement for the procurement of customized vending machine equipment in support of VR&E Services. Competition will be set-aside for Small Business.

Price evaluation of 10% will be given to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and 5% will be given to Veteran-Owned Small Businesses that can be verified in the Vendor Information Portal at https://www.vetbiz.va.gov. The requirement will be posted to Contract Opportunities on or about January 5th, 2024. Formal quotes will be due to the Contracting Office NLT Monday February 5th, 2024, at 3:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST). Solicitation documents may be obtained electronically at https://sam.gov.
