This contract is for the Audie Murphy VA Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, and will provide a follow-on annual subscription and support for the WoundVision System. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210 (Software Publishers), with a size standard of $47 million. This acquisition will include a 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods. The anticipated base period of performance is August 14, 2026, through August 13, 2027. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) FAR Part 12, specifically FAR 12.102(a), which governs acquisitions at or below the simplified acquisition threshold. The Scout WoundVision Unlimited-Essential License subscription includes original equipment manufacturer (OEM) subscription access, application and technical support, factory-authorized updates, preventive and corrective maintenance, OEM parts and labor, and remote telephone support for the Scout WoundVision System.
