## Description

This notice serves as a follow-up to the RFI Loopback previously posted on August 19, 2026, to address questions received regarding Joint Venture (JV) eligibility under this anticipated solicitation. For clarification: either the Prime Offeror or the JV entity itself must hold an active General Services Administration Multiple Award Schedule contract with Special Item Number 54151HACS to be eligible for award.
