Submittal Instructions: If your company is capable of providing the aforementioned services, please submit a Vendor Capabilities Statement, limited to five pages for your company, to include a cover page which indicates your company s full name, points of contact and your size standard for NAICS 517111. The Technical workbook captures the ability to provide coverage for each of the required services, in the quantity required, at each of the required Service Delivery Points (SDPs).
