## Description

The purpose of this amendment, 36C10B26Q0103_3, to RFI 36C10B26Q0103_2, is to advise interested parties that VA shall solicit this effort under the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Indefinite Delivery Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a sole source procurement.
