## Description

The purpose of this amendment, A0001, to RFI 36C10B25Q0498 is to advise interested parties that VA shall solicit this effort under the Transformation Twenty-One Total Technology Next Generation (T4NG) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract as a sole source procurement. It is anticipated the solicitation will be released in December 2025, via ATOMS. No response is required for this notice.
