The North American Industry Classification System code for this acquisition is 513210 Software Publishers, with a size standard of $47 million. No solicitation package will be issued. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. However, if a firm believes it can meet the requirements as stated in the attached draft PWS, then said firm must furnish information about its products and services, as well as references from other customers who are using these products and services to the Contract Specialist William Waterhouse by 10:00am EST on 07/21/2025. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to comply with the stated requirements.
