Describe your company s experience in providing real time notifications and transparent issue resolution in a shared platform/integrated system in accordance with PD Section 2.1. Provide your company s expertise on the pros and cons for VA owning the provider directory compared to a subscription of as-a-service solution. What pricing models do you offer for your provider directory solutions (e.g., subscription-based, usage-based, tiered pricing)? Please provide a general overview of how these models are structured. How are licensing agreements typically structured for your provider directory solutions?
