## Description

This notice is to provide awareness that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Office of Procurement, Acquisition, and Logistics (OPAL) Technology Acquisition Center (TAC) located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to release a solicitation on an sole source basis with award of a firm-fixed-priced Task Order against Environmental System Research Institute (ESRI) Incorporated General Services Administration Contract GS-35F-253CA for brand name ArcGeographic Information System (ArcGIS) term and perpetual software licenses, Software as a Service (SaaS), data, services, maintenance, technical support, and virtual training to expand Veteran Health Administration (VHA) current GIS Enterprise Agreement (EA) scope and capabilities The predominance of the Order includes line items already on ESRI s GSA Contract, however, there are two Included contract line items considered Open Market given its configuration for VA that are contained within this proposed solicitation.

These specific items are the Advantage Program Support Service and Training pass Service. The Advantage Program Support Service would provide VA with access to support in developing its use of the brand name ESRI products/services in order for VA to execute its geospatial stratagems in providing care. additionally, the referenced Training Pass service provides VA access to the self-paced training on the brand name products that are being procured/renewed under this effort.

These items were included within the approved Limited Sources Justification prepared for this action, which will be posted with the award notice. The Period of Performance for this proposed effort shall be a 12-month base period of performance, with two (2) subsequent 12-month option periods, if exercised, and two (2) concurrent Optional Tasks, if exercised, for additional quantity of services or licenses.
