These specific items are the Advantage Program Support Service and Training pass Service. The Advantage Program Support Service would provide VA with access to support in developing its use of the brand name ESRI products/services in order for VA to execute its geospatial stratagems in providing care. additionally, the referenced Training Pass service provides VA access to the self-paced training on the brand name products that are being procured/renewed under this effort. These items were included within the approved Limited Sources Justification prepared for this action, which will be posted with the award notice. The Period of Performance for this proposed effort shall be a 12-month base period of performance, with two (2) subsequent 12-month option periods, if exercised, and two (2) concurrent Optional Tasks, if exercised, for additional quantity of services or licenses.
