The Department of Veteran Affairs, Technology Acquisition Center, intends to issue a solicitation identified as Request for Proposal (RFP) 36C10B24R0052, for the acquisition of Behavior Driven Development (BDD) Training. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-05. This solicitation is a total set-aside for Small Business (SB). Prospective offerors must be registered and current in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at time of offer to the Government (https://www.sam.gov). Quotes will only be accepted from responsible contractors. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number is 611430 - Professional and Management Development Training. Request for Proposal 36C10B24R0052, is a requirement for BDD training in support to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Management, Financial Management Business Transformation (FMBT). See attached document 36C10B24R0052 BDD Training for requirements. The Government intends to make a single award to the responsible vendor whose offer conforms to the solicitation. This solicitation will be technically evaluated and awarded to lowest price found technically conforming. The following Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulations (VAAR) clauses and provisions, along with others found in the attached document 36C10B24R0052 Sections C and E apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services (SEP 2023), applies to this acquisition. Submit signed and dated offers to the office specified in this solicitation at or before the exact time specified in this solicitation.
